To check your ticket's
status / reply, get the ticket number from the email
that you received when you submitted it.
Go to the "Support
Ticket System" page and enter the ticket's number
under the "Existing Support Tickets" and enter
your email address.
Click the "Login"
button and you will be taken to your very own, personal
support ticket account.
If your ticket has been
answered but hasn't been closed (this normally happens
when our Customer Reps need more information from you),
it'll be under the "View Answered" section.

If it has been closed,
it'll be under the "View Closed" page.

If it hasn't received a
reply yet, it'll be listed on the page that you'll see
as soon as you log in.
To re-open or add more
information to a ticket (you'd do this if you have more
questions/additional information on the same topic as
the ticket), sinply open the ticket by clicking on the
subject:

In this case, the subject
is "Compensation Plan?".
And inside the ticket,
fill in your question/information in the field at the
bottom of the page under the "Post Reply"
section and click the "Reply To Message" button.
